1. Booking & Payments
All bookings must be made through our platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in USD and include all applicable taxes. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable.
2. Liability
Uride acts as a booking platform connecting travelers with independent transportation providers. While we vet all drivers and vehicles, Uride is not liable for delays, accidents, or lost luggage beyond the limits set by applicable law.
3. Conduct
Passengers must treat drivers and staff with respect. Uride reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, dangerous, or illegal behavior without refund.
4. Changes & Refunds
Route changes requested less than 12 hours before departure may incur additional fees. Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48+ hours before travel.
